To make your shopping experience on our site a real pleasure, we have a Shopping Cart System
To place your order with our Shopping Cart, you choose your bridal products from drop-down menus and radio buttons.
When your "Shopping Cart" is displayed, follow the on-screen instructions to change/delete items from your cart, to continue shopping, or to check-out and purchase. When you press Submit button, an email will be sent to you with all the details of your order and your order number. When placing your order, be sure to include all the required information.

Brides Unlimited accepts the following payment methods:
- Direct Deposit
- Credit card payment by fax
- Credit card payment by phone
NB: Overseas buyers can place orders only by email as the total amount (price and postage charges) has to be calculated.

You can pay directly into Brides Unlimited bank account via direct deposit. Details of the account will be provided in the reply email once you have placed your order.
Please note that orders paid by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received.
Orders for which payment has not been received within seven working days will be cancelled.

Some people are uncomfortable with transmitting their credit card details over the Internet. Brides Unlimited offers other options for your convenience:
- Credit Card payment by fax
- Credit Card Payment by phone
These options can be selected at the end of the checkout process. If you choose to make a credit card payment by phone, please contact us on 0450 401 242 with your credit card details.

We send orders by Australia Post anywhere in Australia for a nominal fee of $5. It provides tracking facility. If you require an alternative delivery method (e.g. Express Post) or insurance for your order, please contact us before placing the order.
Postage for overseas customers will be calculated on individual basis and stated in a reply email.
We send from Sydney and depending on destination the delivery could take between 1 and 10 days within Australia and 10 to 21 days for outside Australia.
It is very important that you supply us with your required delivery date when placing your order. By having this date, we can prioritise the order or suggest a faster shipping method to get the order to the customer in time.

We strive to provide you, our customer, with the highest quality and largest selection of Bridal
Headpieces, Tiaras, Veils and Accessories. Your satisfaction is our utmost concern.
If you purchase a product from us and it does not meet your needs, we'll gladly exchange it for
another product from our extensive collection. Refunds will be given for products which do not meet
your complete satisfaction.
To receive a refund or exchange for products purchased from us, the following conditions apply:
(1) You contact us via E-mail at sales@bridesunlimited.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your order and we
will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via email,
(2) The product is returned to us unused and in original condition and shipped back to us (postmarked) within 7 days from when you received your order,
(3) The RAN provided to you is written clearly on the box (preferably next to the shipping address). Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Please note that our refund policy does not apply to veils. Earrings are also not returnable due to personal hygiene policy. Discounted items from the Bargain Corner section are also not returnable.
To ensure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each item before shipping. We fully
guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects and workmanship. If any product is found
to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will exchange. Refunds or credits will not be given
for products used or with damage caused by customer misuse or neglect.
